Arnold’s practice area covers a wide range of disciplines, including commercial and bankruptcy litigation, appellate advocacy, family law, real estate transactions and representation of local governments. Arnold served as City Attorney for the City of League City, Texas for the period 2002 through 2007 and, as a member of the Governmental Section of the Firm, assists on projects for other governmental clients. Arnold has obtained a certification in Creditors’ Rights Law from the American Board of Certification. In addition to years of trial advocacy at both the state and federal level, Arnold has successfully argued before the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.
