Biography:
Jim focuses his
practice on commercial real estate and
commercial and business litigation and
transactions. Jim’s transactional practice
includes advising clients on the acquisition,
financing, management, leasing and disposition
of commercial real estate. Jim's commercial and
business litigation practice includes
representing clients through trial in matters
involving general contract disputes, commercial
lease disputes and business torts, such as
tortuous interference, fraud and
misrepresentation.
